5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • You retain ownership of your original content
  • AI-generated images are licensed for personal and commercial use
  • You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated content as is
  • AnimeShade AI retains rights to improve our AI models using generated content

6. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
  • Remove content that violates our guidelines
  • Ban users who repeatedly violate our terms
  • Modify or discontinue services at our discretion
